Block events are held every Tuesday within the block to promote block spirit and cohesiveness. It usually consists of several station games, mass games and suppers at the end of the event. This allows sherarites to mingle with their block mates, getting to know them better and forming long lasting friendships

Dinner and Dance is a hallmark event that marks the end of the academic year in Sheares Hall. It is a night for Shearites to reminisce the fond memories they have made in hall over the past year. The event also rewards the efforts and achievements of Shearites for their contributions towards the hall’s pursuit of excellence in academics, sports as well as culture.
